Riva Sebino
Length: 4,93mt
Width: 1,9mt
Engines: 1×60 HP Chris Craft
The Riva Sebino model marks a turning point in the history of the Riva shipyard, representing the first mass-produced model and laying the foundation for the iconic tradition of elegance and quality that would define the subsequent boats.
Its name is a tribute to Lake Iseo, also known as Lake Sebino, a historic location for Riva production.
Until the early 1950s, the shipyard built custom boats to order, each with customized features and identified only by codes.
With the Sebino, however, the concept of mass production was born, with models distinguished by their own name, a philosophy that would later be applied to future models.
The Riva Sebino is a compact and versatile pleasure boat, also designed for water skiing, a sport that was rapidly growing in the 1950s. It is equipped with a 60 HP four-cylinder Chris Craft inboard engine, giving it good speed and handling.
This model holds high historical and collectible value. Its elegant design, polished mahogany finishes, and craftsmanship make it a rare and sought-after piece for vintage motorboat enthusiasts.
